Occurrence Remarks: Thallus crustose, corticolous/lignicolous, green, thin and dispersed to continuous and ca. granular when well developed, esorediate; pycnidia brown to black, superficial, raised, epruinose; conidia, 2-celled, colorless, dumbbell-shaped, 5-5.25 x 2-2.5(im; apothecia reddish-brown to black, lecidine, convex and ca. hemispherical when mature, disc flat with smooth slightly raised margins that are excluded as the disc expands, with a ± white byssoid margin; epihymenium colorless to light brown; hymenium colorless (yellow/tan in thicker sections), 50-62|im tall; hypothecium reddish-brown, K-; exciple brown, usually at least partially blue-green, K-; asci (40)-48 x 10-12.5|im; ascospores colorless, 8-per ascus, 3-septate (4-celled), fusiform, 15.5 x 2-3.5|im
