Habitat: Cool, damp, shaded N facing Cambrian sandstone cliffs. Shaded by Tsuga canadensis, Betula alleghaniensis, with Taxus candensis, Adoxa moschatellina, Byoxiphium norvegicum, Mnium punctatum, Tetraphis pellucidaea, Dicranella hetermalla, Conocephalum conicum
Occurrence Remarks: Two 15 x 15 cd. patches and scattered smaller patches
