Habitat: Foothills of E slopes of Rocky Mountains with Populus tremuloides-Picea glauca upland area. Drepanocladus crassicostatus dominant aquatic, with calcareous rich fen mat surrounding lake. Mat dominants include Rhizomnium pseudopunctatum, Moerkia flotowiana, Aulacomnium pa lustre, and Drepanocladus revolvens
