Habitat: Very steep, damp moss-lichen covered CLOUD FOREST of large shrubs and stunted small trees with mostly evergreen leaves (a secondary community heavily disturbed by grazing & cutting) now being converted to field. (55 degree slope!)
Associated Species: Embotrium grandiflorum (Proteaceae) Gaultheria brachybotrys, Eupatorium spp., Baccharis buxifolia, etc.
