Wet Thuja occidentalis-Abies balsamea-Tsuga canadensis swamp w/ Betula alleghaniensis, Fraxinus nigra, Picea glauca, & Pinus strobus. Rotting log lying in standing water covered w/ half-decayed organic detritus and dense carpet of mosses and liverworts, Oxalis montana, & Tsuga seedlings. Assoc, w/ bryophyte nos. 15542, which invades & overwhelms cushions of 15543, & 15546. Plover River Woods
